Message	little brother has a 1998 Pathfinder with an exhaust leak coming from the manifolds.in his paperwork that came with the truck when he bought it,it shows that the exhaust manifolds have a 10yr/100k warrantee.the Pathfinder has 88k on it. B:i need to get new exhaust manifolds for this 98 Pathfinder service: ok...that will be $2800 plus labor B:WTF?why the hell do exhaust manifolds cost $2800?are they made of gold? service: theyre an expensive part B: well,thats nice.fortunately,this truck's exhaust is covered by factory warrantee service:(cough)..ummm...ahh (cough)...I...ummm need to speak with my MGR. MGR: umm...ah...sir,the warrantee was for 75 k miles. B:why is it that the paperwork says that its good for 100k? MGR: umm...ahhh...(cough) B:one second.hello,NissanUSA?yes,i am at your dealership in... needless to say,they put new manifolds on it and a completely new exhaust.and NissanUSA called me every day for 2 weeks.
